"My experience with Gabe and his office staff recently was amazing. Everyone went out of their way to be friendly, accommodating, informative, and make me feel appreciated as a client. When I left their office I had to conduct business with another well know and well established insurance agency here in town. This involved business accounts which we have had with them for well over 20 years. I must say the way I was treated was almost rude. The reception asked what this involved. She then went and got another young lady , who never invited me back to her office and tried (I guess) to wait on me in the lobby! With a plexiglass partition between us! Mind you, these were business accounts, and two distinct separate transactions that needed attention. I felt bounced out of their office.
